When you commission furniture or request estimates from Sarkar Steel Furniture, we collect only the necessary technical and logistical data required to engineer, fabricate, and deliver your pieces. This includes client contact details, site delivery addresses, WhatsApp conversational logs, dimension constraints, room layouts, and architectural CAD or PDF drawings submitted for bespoke quotation.

Floorplans, custom measurements, and bespoke dimensional drafts provided for private residences or commercial fit-outs are stored on secure local ateliers and fabrication terminals. They are accessible exclusively to our chief engineering draftsperson and master welders assigned to your order. Photos of bespoke installations are only published with explicit client permission.

Our primary communication is conducted directly over WhatsApp, verified direct email, or phone consultation. We use these channels exclusively to: (a) confirm steel gauge and hardwood finish selections, (b) share progress photography from the welding and powder-coating lines, and (c) coordinate white-glove crate transit and site unboxing.

Fabrication records, weld batch numbers, and dimensional blueprints are preserved for 10 years to honor our frame structural integrity warranties. This ensures that if you ever commission matching complementary furniture or request replacement components a decade later, our workshop can faithfully replicate your custom specifications.
