Every order initiates with a technical blueprint sign-off detailing: structural steel gauge, frame tube cross-section, electrostatic powder-coat shade code (Matte Black, Textured Charcoal, Warm Rust, or Raw Waxed), hardwood species, and exact millimetric dimensions. Fabrication begins immediately upon blueprint sign-off and commission confirmation.

Unlike mass-produced disposable flat-pack furniture, each Sarkar Steel heirloom is welded, dressed, sandblasted, powder-cured, and oil-finished by master craftspeople. Standard catalog models ship within 7 to 10 working days. Bespoke architectural commissions typically require 2 to 3 weeks. Live progress photographs are shared directly via WhatsApp at major fabrication milestones.

We champion raw, honest materials. Cold-rolled structural steel possesses subtle metallurgical grain and micro-textures beneath its electrostatic finish. Sustainably harvested solid hardwoods (Teak, Indian Rosewood, White Oak, and Acacia) feature organic variations in grain flow, tone depth, and natural medullary rays. These variances certify authentic maker authenticity.

All structural steel joints, load-bearing crossbeams, and mitered welds carry a full 10-Year Structural Integrity Warranty. If a weld joint fractures or experiences structural failure under normal residential or commercial usage, our atelier will repair or replace the frame free of charge. Electrostatic powder coating is warrantied for 2 years against blistering or premature peeling under indoor climate conditions.

All consignments are wrapped in high-density foam, corner-armored, and secured in reinforced wooden crates for freight transit. Consignees are requested to inspect outer crate packaging upon delivery. In the rare event of transit damage, notify our workshop within 24 hours with photographs for immediate dispatch of restoration technicians or replacement panels.
